CMS CERTIFICATION
We plan to continue participating
in regular CMS certifications
(a global certification system
in the field of PR Consultancy
Management Standard).
EMPLOYEE FEEDBACK
ON PROJECT MANAGEMENT
AND MANAGEMENT
We continue with the established
system of weekly one-to-one meetings
and all-agency meetings, where
employees can provide feedback on
internal project management processes
and decision-making processes of the
company’s leadership.

We will continue to maintain a
high representation of women
in management and the overall
